AI reads and routes the documents, humans provide oversight

Extraction you can check

Every extracted field comes with a confidence score and a link back to the spot in the source document. Reviewers can see where a value came from and fix it in seconds.

People review the exceptions

The system handles the clean documents and sends the unclear ones to a named reviewer. Confidence thresholds are set up front, and corrections feed back into the next round of tuning.

Fits the systems you already run

Extracted data lands in the place your team already works, such as a SQL table, a data warehouse or a workflow tool. We can run on private infrastructure when your data cannot leave your environment.

Measured from the start

Field-level accuracy, the share of documents that need no review, review minutes per document and cost per document are tracked from the first week, against the baseline we set during discovery.

We'll read a sample of your real documents alongside the people who handle them.
You'll get your document types ranked by volume, cost and how well AI can read them.
We'll name what stalled any earlier attempt and what it would take to clear it.

Document AI in action

AI call auditor automates 99% of reviews

A regulatory compliance firm partnered with FullStack on a proof-of-concept for an AI system that reviews calls for potential SEC violations, scoring accuracy and confidence on every transcript. Reviewers went from reading every transcript to adjudicating the 1% the system flags—an estimated 5,500 labor hours and $232,000 annually of review capacity returned to the team.

AI document processing cuts costs by 50%

A logistics provider's legacy document system, estimated at over $1 million annually, was inefficient and unscalable. FullStack built a scalable AI solution that reduced processing times by 75% and cut costs in half while maintaining accuracy and reliability.

Classifying and ingesting documents at scale

A construction software provider worked with FullStack on a proof of concept that sorts incoming documents by type and pulls structured data from them, so teams stop reading each file by hand.

Due Diligence First

Start with the documents that cost you the most

Every document AI engagement opens with a one-week fixed-fee Process Mapping. We look at the files your team handles, count the types and the volume, and pick the first workflow worth automating.

First workflow live in 6–8 weeks*

Including a shadow run inside that window, so the system proves itself on your real documents before anyone relies on it.

Proven against your reviewers first

The system reads real documents next to the people who do the work today. We compare its fields to theirs, and it only goes live once it meets the accuracy target.

Not every document qualifies

Good candidates have steady volume, a repeating set of document types and a clear place for the data to go. If a process does not fit, the mapping will say so.

Existing work is welcome

If your team has already built part of a pipeline, we start from what you have. We keep what works and fix what does not, so you do not pay for the same work twice.

*These are typical time estimates and actual times may differ based on project complexity and scope.
COMPREHENSIVE SOLUTIONS

Explore FullStack's AI document processing services

Most document work is slow because people type the same fields from the same kinds of files, day after day. We build the pipeline that reads them, checks them and hands clean data to the system that needs it.
  • Document audit and ROI ranking by document type
  • OCR, extraction and classification built for your documents
  • Shadow-run scoring against your reviewers
  • Routing and integration with SQL, warehouses and workflow tools
  • Document-derived workflows such as invoice matching and approval
  • Review queues and escalation path design
  • Field-level audit logging
  • Ongoing support and accuracy tuning

Partner with FullStack and stop re-keying documents

Audit, Insurance and Lending Teams

Start with one document type, then expand

For teams that read the same kinds of files every day, such as audit evidence, loss runs, ACORD forms, credit files and invoices, we automate one document type, prove it on accuracy and cost per document, and expand from there.
Teams With Work Underway

Already built part of a pipeline? Finish it with us

For internal teams that have a document pipeline partly built, or a legacy tool that has hit its limits, we pair our engineers with yours, keep what works, and add the review and audit controls around it.

Frequently asked questions

How much does AI document processing cost?
Cost depends on how many document types you have, how many documents you handle, and where the data has to end up. That is why every engagement starts with a one-week, fixed-fee Process Mapping. We look at a sample of your documents and rank them by volume, cost and how well AI can read them, so you know where the value is before you commit to a build. After launch, we track field-level accuracy, the share of documents that need no review, and cost per document against the baseline from discovery.
How do you keep sensitive documents secure?
We plan for security before we build. Every field has an audit trail, a person reviews low-confidence results, and access is limited by role. When your data cannot leave your environment, we can use open-source models on private or on-premises infrastructure, so documents do not go to a public AI service.
Can it handle many document types and send each one to the right place?
Yes. The system first works out what kind of document it has, then reads the fields that matter for that type and routes the result to the right queue, table or team. We can also build the workflow that follows, such as matching an invoice to an accrual and sending it for approval.
Can you work with a pipeline we already started?
Yes. Many teams come to us with a pipeline that is partly built or a legacy tool that falls short on extraction. We start from what you have, keep what works, and add the accuracy testing, review steps and audit trail it needs to run in production.
How do you know it is accurate enough to rely on?
The system first runs in shadow mode on your real documents, and its fields are scored against the people who do the work today. It only goes live once it meets the accuracy and review targets we agree with you. Anything that does not hold up on your documents is changed or dropped.
