This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how FullStack Labs, Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, the “Company,” “FullStack,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, disclose, and secure the personal information we gather about you through our website, www.fullstack.com, when you use our apps, and when you otherwise interact with us (collectively, the “Services”).
For the purposes of this Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company include www.fullstack.com and the Company. By using the Company's Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and consented to the data practices described in this statement. Beyond this Policy, your use of the Services is subject to our Terms of Use. If you do not agree to this Policy or our Terms of Use, you may not use the Services.
For purposes of this Policy, personal information means data that classifies as personal information, personal data, personally identifiable information, or similar terms under applicable data privacy and security laws and regulations. It does not include data excluded or exempted from those laws and regulations, such as aggregated, anonymized, or deidentified data. Nothing in this Policy will constitute an admission or evidence that any particular data privacy or information security law or regulation applies to FullStack generally or in any specific context.
Notice at Collection: At or before the time of collection, California residents have a right to receive notice of our practices, including the categories of personal information to be collected, the purposes for which such information is collected or used, whether such information is sold or shared and how to opt-out of such uses, and how long such information is retained. Collection of Your Personal Information
The Company may collect personal information you provide directly to us, information that we collect automatically when you interact with the Services, and information collected from third parties. The following list describes the categories of personal information we may collect:
- Applicant Information collected is governed by our separate Applicant Privacy Notice. Please review this notice to review how applicant personal information is collected, used, and disclosed.
- Analytics and Device Information includes information about your computer hardware and software and may include IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, interactions with the Services, and referring website addresses. This information may be automatically collected for the operation of the Services, for administrative purposes, and for analytics and research.
- Contact Information includes your first and last name, company name, job title, mailing address, email address, phone number, and password. We collect this information when you request more information about the Services, sign up for the Services, or fill out a form. We collect this information for providing the Services, administrative purposes, and marketing and advertising our products and services.
- Payment and Commercial Information includes your first and last name, company name, billing address, phone number, third party payment service-provider related information, debit or credit card information, purchase and participation history, or other payment processing information. We collect this information when you purchase software or other Services through the Company's website. We collect this information to complete the purchase transaction, for providing the Services, and for administrative purposes. We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.
- Responses to Surveys and Questionnaires includes information you provide to us when you respond to marketing materials, promotions, requests for feedback, or other surveys. We collect this information for administrative purposes and for marketings and advertising our products and services.
- Social Media Information includes information that you post by sharing on a blog or another social media platform. We collect this information for administrative purposes and marketing and advertising our products and services. Please note that your comments will be visible to the public, so you should never share personal information that you would like to keep private.
- User-Generated Content includes information about you in content you upload, comment, or otherwise submit on the Services, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, company address, and job title. Be aware that as a default, any information you post on the Services, including without limitation reviews, comments, and text, may be available and searchable by all users of the Services. We collect this information for providing the Services and for administrative purposes.
In providing our Services, the Company may collect personal information on behalf and as a service provider for third parties. This Policy does not govern any information we collect on behalf of third parties, and the Company encourages you to review the privacy statements of such third parties and any websites linked to from the Company so that you can understand how those websites collect, use, and share your information. The Company is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the Company website.
We may receive additional information about you from third parties, such as parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, or marketing partners, and combine it with other information we have about you. We will always use that information only as described in this Policy.
Use of Your Personal Information
The Company collects and uses your personal information for a variety of business purposes, including to operate its website(s), to provide the Services you have requested, for administrative purposes, and to market our products and Services, as described below.

The Company may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within the Company's website, in order to determine what services are the most popular. We may provide you with the content and advertisements as permitted by applicable law. Some of the ways we market to you include email campaigns, custom audiences advertising, and “interest-based” or “personalized advertising,” including through cross-device tracking.

The Company may disclose your personal information to potential clients when you submit an application, when you consider a role, or to assist in your use of the Services.

Although they may not all apply to us, FullStack values your privacy, and we therefore afford these rights to all individuals regardless of their residency. Supplemental Provisions for California Residents
This section supplements our Policy and only applies to our processing of personal information that is subject to California Consumer Privacy Act, Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq. as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act and implementing regulations (collectively “CCPA”).

In the preceding 12 months, we have not sold the personal information of any consumer for monetary consideration. However, our use for cookies and other tracking technologies may be considered a sale of personal information under the CCPA. Categories of personal information that we have sold under the CCPA include the following: identifiers, personal information, commercial information, internet or similar network activities, and inferences. Categories of third parties to whom personal information is sold under the CCPA include data analytics providers and advertising and marketing providers. - Collection of Personal Information from Children under 16
In the preceding 12 months, we have not knowingly collected or processed personal information pertaining to children under the age of 16. - Sensitive Data
If we process sensitive data as defined by California law, we will only do so for the purposes specifically authorized by California law and in a manner that is necessary and proportionate for those purposes. As such, we do not perform any processing for which a Right to Restrict request is available.
Use of Cookies
Cookies are small files created by websites, including our Services, that reside on your computer’s hard drive and that store information about your use of particular websites. When you access our Services, we use cookies and other tracking technologies to:
- Estimate our audience size and usage patterns;
- Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Services according to your individual needs;

Retention of Your Personal Information
We determine how long to retain your personal information by taking into account various criteria, such as the type of Services provided to you, the nature and length of our relationship with you, possible re-enrollment with our Services, the impact on our Services we provide to you if we delete some information from or about you, and our obligations under applicable law.
We will retain your personal information until the personal information is no longer necessary to accomplish the purpose for which it was provided. The Company secures your personal information by using various reasonable organizational, administrative, and technical measures to protect it from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. However, we cannot and do not guarantee complete security, as it does not exist on the internet.
Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed at children (as defined under applicable law). We do not knowingly collect or otherwise process personal information from children. Opt-Out & Unsubscribe
We respect your privacy and give you an opportunity to opt-out of receiving certain notifications, announcements, or communications.
Email Communications. If you receive an unwanted email from us, you can use the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of the email to opt out of receiving future emails. Note that you will continue to receive transaction-related emails regarding products or Services you have requested.
